Bethan is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Queen’s University, as well as a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
Bethan works from the philosophy that therapy isn’t about perfection, but about small, intentional steps toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. She approaches treatment from a Cognitive-Behavioral framework, and helps adults and teens (ages 16+) manage anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Her aim is to help her clients lower distress, better understand their emotions, and strengthen their relationships, by starting with the one they have with themself. She offers a deep level of compassion and non-judgmentality in her work with clients to explore unhelpful patterns that can feel overwhelming and isolating.
