The first session is an opportunity to get to know each other. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your goals, do a thorough evaluation of your symptoms, and begin creating a personalized treatment plan that fits your needs.
Most extended health insurance plans in Ontario cover services provided by a Registered Psychologist. We recommend checking with your provider to confirm your specific benefits.
We provide therapy for adults and adolescents aged 16 and up.
No referral is required. You can contact us directly to schedule an appointment.
Yes. We offer secure video sessions in addition to in-person appointments so you can choose what feels most comfortable. Please note, Couples Therapy visits are in-person only.
