Explore our offerings below:

At CBT Wellness Clinic of Ottawa, we offer compassionate, expert-led therapy in a range of formats to meet your needs. Each option is grounded in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and tailored to your unique goals.

Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, you’ll work one-on-one with Dr. Collins to explore what’s weighing on you, uncover patterns, and build practical strategies to move forward. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or just feeling stuck, we’ll create a plan that meets you where you are.

What we help with:
Anxiety, depression, anger, body image concerns, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, self-worth, life transitions, and more.

Who it's for:
Adults and teens (16+) seeking personalized, focused support.

Format:
Sessions are typically weekly, or biweekly, for 50 minutes, in person or virtual. This is flexible and discussed during your first visit with Dr. Collins.

For when you need a space that’s all yours.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy is a space for both partners to feel heard, understood, and supported. We work together to uncover stuck dynamics, rebuild trust, and create more effective communication. Whether you’re navigating conflict or just want to reconnect, this is a space to grow together.

What we focus on:
Communication issues, trust and intimacy, conflict resolution, parenting challenges, and major life transitions.

Who it's for:
Couples of all orientations and stages who want to strengthen or repair their relationship.

Format:
60-minute joint sessions, with the option for occasional individual check-ins if needed.

Because love is complex, and communication matters.

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers a supportive environment to explore your struggles while learning from and alongside others facing similar challenges. Led by Dr. Collins, each group is structured around evidence-based CBT tools and guided conversation.

Current group offerings:
  • CBT Basics
  • CBT for Panic Disorder
  • CBT for Social Anxiety

Who it's for:
Adults who are open to learning and sharing in a group setting. Enrollment is based on availability and group fit.

Format:
Closed group format with weekly sessions. We use Psychoeducation and teach you how to apply CBT, use practical steps to implement skills, and sometimes, Anxiety Exposures to reinforce learning. Registration required.
